We are looking for people to write Business and Government Proposals for our firm (virtually) on a full time basis. If you have a background in writing and have a desire to work for us as a Proposal Writer and you possess the following skills, please forward us your resume immediately:

1. Excellent English Writing and Presentation Skills
2. Excellent English Verbal Skills
3. Excellent Attention to Details
4. Ability to Conduct Research and Generate Original Content

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate strong writing skills with a structured process
• Ability to review RFP sections and apply to the proposal development and writing process
• Ability to prepare proposal outlines and volumes in compliance with RFP requirements
• Accomplish proposal editing, formatting, compliance checks, and final proposal assembly
• Assist with the development and maintenance of a document library that includes historical proposal documents, formal responses, section references, templates and standardized past performances documents
• Other duties are assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in the related area or equivalent experience
• Possess excellent writing skills for both technical and marketing – focused content
• Possess strong presentation and communication skills
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Possess excellent personal computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 
• Ability to conduct research and generate original content
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable, and exhibit excellent attention to details
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and rapid turnaround time
• Ability to multitask
