A leading retailer in the petroleum products and related services in Jamaica seeks to recruit high performing and high potential candidates for the following roles in Kingston.

Financial Analyst

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Finance Director, the incumbent will have responsibility for generating and presenting external and internal reporting to the stakeholders within the organization and at the Group level. This person predicts, accounts for and presents trends and variances to stakeholders.

Preferred Profile:

• An ACCA professional with a cost accounting background, knowledge of local tax laws and three to five (3 - 5) years' experience in middle management. 
• Must have solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Food Service and HACCP Coordinator

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Shops and Food Service Manager, the incumbent will coordinate Food Service related activities within our shops in addition to meeting HACCP and regulatory standards

Preferred Profile:

The incumbent must have a first degree in Food and Beverage Management or similar programme. Must be HACCP trained and must have experience with an international food service entity.

Junior Account Payable Clerk - contract

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Chief Accountant, the incumbent is responsible for the payment of all supplier accounts

Preferred Profile:

• The incumbent must have an ACCA level II and experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning Software is required - SAP preferred.

Fleet Coordinator - contract

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Transport Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the monitoring of fuel delivery trucks and ensure compliance with the transportation mandates

Preferred Profile:

• The incumbent must have a diploma in Information Systems Management, Engineering or a similar discipline and one (1) year experience in a simialr role

Merchandiser - contract

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Shops and Food Service Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the physical layout of the convenience stores, and execution of any promotions as defined by the SFS/Networking calendar

Preferred Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Hospitality Management. 
• Knowledge of retail or consumer goods industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel island wide

Category Manager - contract

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Network Manager, the incumbent will steer, and review business processes as related to our Retail Service offerings. This includes reviewing and anticipating trends, pricing, product sourcing, and achieving corporate objectives

Preferred Profile:

• First degree in a related discipline and five years' experience in a simialr capacity
