Duties
The primary duty of this position is to provide clerical, administrative/operational support, and receptionist services in support of the Field Unit Superintendent and his/her Executive Assistant.Work environment
Parks Canada's mandate is to protect and present Canada’s outstanding natural andcultural resources through a system of national parks, national marine conservation
areas and national historic sites in Canada.
The Southwestern Ontario Field Unit manages and operates 4 National Historic Sites and
Point-Pelee National Park, Canada’s southernmost national park. The field unit covers a
large geographical area located within Canada's busiest tourism region and provides a
challenging and stimulating environment due to the often complex and diverse nature of
the sites it manages.

• Recent experience working with Microsoft Office suite of software, with emphasis on Excel.
**The term “Recent and relevant” means that functions were accomplished within the last five years and that a major portion of the applicant's responsibilities was directly related to the elements required therefore not being occasional or ad hoc.
