As a member of the Field Units Human Resources Team, you will report to the Human Resources Manager for Northern New Brunswick. As the Human Resources Assistant for the field unit you will provide generalist, multi-function human resources support services. In operations, one of the main functions of the HR Assistant is take administrative responsibility for the full scope of staffing, working directly with managers and supervisors, assuring positions are posted, applications are generated, and assisting managers with communicating with candidates throughout the process. After the process is closed, the HR Assistant will produce results letters, letters of offer, and subsequently communicate to assure the Pay Centre has all documentation required to commence Compensation of the employee and benefits.Work environment
