Administrative Executive

To provide a high level of executive support to the management team that enables greater efficiency in meeting the demands of our growing organization. 

Core Competencies:
  • Excellent business writing skills
  1. Production of professional/quality reports, minutes, presentations and briefs
  2. Proficient in research methods
  • Full comprehension of Office Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Event planning
  • Effective communications skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
Qualification:
  • B.Sc. in Business Administration
  • CPS designation
  • At least five (5) years experience in a similar capacity

Accounting Clerk

To perform general accounting support tasks as part of the Finance Department.

Core competencies:
  • Deadline oriented
  • Preparation of monthly schedules
  • Proficient administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Qualifications:
  • CAT level 3 certificate and at least three (3) years experience in a similar position
  • ACCA level 2 certification would be an advantage
