Scope of Work 

The incumbent will establish a mechanism to be responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, security and well-being of buildings, equipment and campus grounds of Jamaica College and related properties.

Qualifications, experience and skills required
Must possess:

• A Diploma or HEART/NCTVET level III in plant management and maintenance or equivalent qualification.
• Mature, with three or more years experience in supervision or management.
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• Computer Literate.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize and complete work with little supervision.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with parents, students and community members.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexible and creative in managing job related issues.
• Effective role model.
