Administrator

Reporting to the Chairman, JBU Horizon Managerial Committee, the Administrator will provide the necessary support to enable the efficient day to day operation of the Home.

Significant responsibilities:

Supervising the staff of the home and as a team, see to the care of the residents, and managing the facility.

Ideeally the suitable applicant should:

• Be a registered nurse with administrative skills, preferably retired and currently licensed
• With at leastfive (5) years experience in the field
• Possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programmes, goals, objectives and procedures set forth by the Managerial Committee
• Possess excellent human relations skills
• Be flexible
• Possess a high degree of intergity and confidentiality
