Job Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Organizing and scheduling staff and talent bookings
• Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email and correspondence memos
• Maintain filing system
• Ensure correct implementation office policies and procedures
• Act as the point of contact for clients who send email inquiries
