About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, Capabilities Development & Integration, TRADOC Capability Manager – Biometrics & Forensics, Fort Huachuca, AZ.

This is a Career Program (CP) Position [51]
Duties
Serves as the TRADOC Capability Manager (TCM) assistant and provides procurement, budget, office management and training support. Serves as the Assistant Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR)/Assistant Contracts Monitor (ACM) and Office Trusted Agent with responsibility for executing, monitoring, administering, and evaluating all support contracts for the TCM. Supports supervisor in the submission, implementation, tracking, reporting, and execution of the TCM Office budget plan. Manages the calendar and scheduling responsibilities of the TCM, all Deputy TCMs, and all other military officers. Serves as the TCM Office Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Defense Travel System (DTS), in providing SME guidance to all government personnel in coordinating travel planning and settlement submissions, and functions as the TCM office reviewer on all DTS electronic submissions. Serves as the TCM office Training Coordinator. Identifies, schedules/coordinates, and tracks all mandatory and recommended and/or suggested training requirements for the TCM office. Uses various electronic systems (hardware and software components) to perform clerical and technical work in support of contracting and budgeting work, (e.g., stores, retrieves, manipulates, transfers, computes, and prints information).
