Floor Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage retail sales floor staff, including cashiers/ customer service reps.
• Maintain proper merchandising standards
• Coach, counsel, recruit, train and discipline employees
• Deploy employees to specific stations/tasks for each shift
• Provide corrective intervention if necessary.
• Maintain inventory on the floor and ensure items are in stock.
• Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company's standards.
• Ensure standards for quality customer service are maintained.
• Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently.

Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Secures company's assets.
• Ensures proper due diligence is carried out in procuring goods.
• Receives and dispatches goods in an efficient and timely manner.
• Electronically manages and maintains inventory.
• Conducts regular stock counts reconcile variances with database and provide reports.
• Maintains proper storage in accordance with public health regulations.
• Ensures departmental compliance  with the rules and policies of the company.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Supervisory Management

At least five years working experience in a similar capacity.
