Customer Service Agent (Kingston, Jamaica) - ZIP 103 FM

The Customer Service Agent serves our clients by providing product/service information; resolving problems and assisting to navigate the potential client to the relevant departments. In addition, the incumbent will deal with clients and listen to complaints, bookings, account questions, billings, cancellations and other queries. 

Duties Include:

• Handles all incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
• Resolve customer complaints
• Greets all clients and visitors, and assists them as required
• Tactfully handles all interactions with the public
• Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required
• Logging all in-bound and outbound mail and packages

Knowledge and experience

• At least five (5) CXC subjects (or equivalent) passes including English Language and Mathematics or
• Certificate in Customer Service training from a recognized institution
• One (1) year experience working in a similar position

The ideal incumbent should have excellent people skills and must be able to work flexible hours
