Clerical Officer, Nurse (Old Harbour, Jamaica) - Old Harbour High School

The Board of Governors of the Old Harbour High School requires experienced graduate, trained teachers to fill the following vacancies:

• Mathematics (CSEC, CAPE and ADD Maths - clear vacancy)
• Electrical Installation (4 months)

We also require:

1. Registered Nurse (RN 2) to fill the vacancy of School Nurse for two (2) years
2. Clerical Officer (preferably male)

His main responsibilities are:

• Do filing of documents in the Bursar's office
• Assist with reception duties, as needed
• Do typing and duplicating of examination papers
• Do typing and duplication of other documents as directed
• Write up Cash Book as directed by the Bursar
• Help in the preparation of payment vouchers and writing of cheques
• Prepare transcripts and recommendation letters for students
• Assist in the enrolmentof new students
• Dispatch messenger with outgoing mail, and other correspondence and reviewing and verifying records on messenger's return
• Assistn in the filing of student's records
• Be punctual and available when needed
• Organize and dispatch school leaving, CSEC and CAPE certificates
