A well established group of companies with substantial real estate holdings and other varied business interests, is recruiting an Accounts Payable Assistant.

Description:
Reporting to the Accountant, the successful candidate wuill support the Accounts Payable Officer in ensuring that the organization's bills are accurately recorded and paid in a timely manner, and that the organization and its affilitated businesses are not overcharged for any goods/services. The post holder will be involved in the full accounting cycle, and will perform data entry, bank reconciliation, filing, along with other duties.

Experience and Qualifications:

• A minimum of two (2) years experience utilizing accounting software packages and Microsoft Office applications, namely Word and Excel;
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A high degree of accuracy and the ability to work on a variety of tasks while adhering to established deadlines
