Provides semi-skilled and general maintenance, repair, building, and installation services for the Parks Canada Agency.

• Labouring tasks including the use of tools and equipment relevant to the position.

Additional Qualifications:

Stream 1 - Carpenter helper, Experience In:
• Building repair and maintenance.

Stream 2 – Plumber helper, Experience In:
• Maintaining records and tracking trends.

• Parks Canada Mandate
• Building maintenance techniques and practices (stream 1).
• Data sampling and collecting (stream 2)

• Operate and maintain both power and hand tool equipment safety and effectively.
• Determine material quantities for varies projects.
• Use and apply products used in repair and maintenance of built structures (stream 1).
