JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY: Tier 2 Customer Service Associates will respond to high-level inbound customer inquiries and escalated issues, carry out B2B Outbound Call Transactions. CSA will use a wide variety of cloud-based tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective and helpful solutions.

- Ability to effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner (Understandability).
- Good writing skills.
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute with few grammatical errors.
- Ability to navigate the Internet, email, instant messaging and social media tools
Customer Interaction Skills
- Friendly and upbeat style
- Helpfulness
- Ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive and articulate way
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers effectively
Problem Solving Skills
- Investigates and takes action to meet customer’s needs
- Solves routine problems effectively, gathering the information necessary from the customer

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or combination of related experience and qualification
- Strong listening and speaking skills
- P/C Keyboarding Skills
- Ability to type 30 wpm with marginal errors
- Must submit to Background and Drug Test
