Continental Baking Co. Ltd. is seeking qualified professionals to fill the following vacancies:

Route Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze sales data
• Devise and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Reconcile Sales Contractors' accounts
• Make frequent route checks to develop business relationships, increase customer satisfaction and maintain loyalty

Minimum required qualifications and experience:

• Tertiary level education
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Uncompromising integrity and sound judgement
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible days/hours
• General driver's license

Trade Account Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to outlets on a designated route
• Place orders for each day's delivery
• Manage inventory to minimize truck stock
• Display products on assigned routes in accordance with established merchandizing standards
• Design and maintain sales databases for personal reconciliation purposes as well as customer databases using a hand-held computer

Minimum required qualifications and experience:

• Three (3) CXC subjects (or equivalent) including Mathematics
• An open driver's license with two or more years of professional driving experience (minimum weight 3,000 kg)
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Graphic Designer

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the conceptualization and sketching of design/character ideas for product packaging and advertising
• Illustrate and animate approved sketches
• Design customized promotional material and spatial set up Continental Baking Company Ltd's participation in trade shows and other promotional events

Minimum required qualifications and experience:

• Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline 
• Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite software
• Three (3) years work experience in graphic design, packaging design or advertising
• Proficiency in the use of the range of Microsoft and McIntosh-Apple software and other cutting edge design applications
