Duties
Edit documents written in French or translated from English (comparative editing) and proofread documents in accordance with French grammar and style and Statistics Canada terminology and publication guidelines.Conduct terminology research for the purpose of checking technical, administrative, promotional and other communications documents.
Write texts on writing techniques, communications practices, and French grammar, vocabulary and usage.
Sit on multidisciplinary project teams.

A pool of qualified candidates may be created to staff similar or identical positions within the Communications and Dissemination Branch with various linguistic requirements, tenures and security requirements.Positions to be filled: 1
