The Role:
The incumbent will be required to: 

• Provide technical assistance to the Risk Managers/Operations Team in the servicing of customer accounts
• Prepare presentations while ensuring that deadlines are met in process
• Check documentation
• Compose correspondence/reports as directed
• Prepare Broker slips
• Prepare renewal notices
• Negotiate with underwriters

Education and Experience:

• Tertiary level qualifications from a recognised institution
• Possess insurance qualifications approved by the College of Insurance
• Registered with the Financial Services Commission
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in related field
• Sound knowledge of Financial Services regulations, current industry trends and procedure
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Time management, planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Analytical skills
