Operations Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible for formulating and implementing the Company's security operational policies to ensure effective securing of property and personal in keeping with the organization's goal and objectives.

Duties Include:

• Conducting security surveys and submitting reports with recommendations.
• Reviewing and interpreting operating and financial information.
• Coordinating and developing periodic operating analyses.
• Ensure the effective use of personnel and other resources.
• Ensure that contractual provision of services are maintained at the required standard.

Required Competencies

• Sound knowledge of international and national regulations on Aviation/Maritime and operating procedures.
• Good understanding of operational and investigative procedures.
• Proficiency in the use of computer applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to foster cooperative work environment.

Minimum Required Qualification and Experience

• A first degree in Management /Security Administration from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Five(5) years experience at the management level in a similar capacity.
• Experience in the Security Industry will be an asset.
• Applicants must own and operate a reliable motor  vehicle, and possess a valid driver's licence.

Personnel Officer

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the incumbent will provide general day-to-day H.R. functions including but not limited to employees benefits, and other administrative duties in compliance are organizational policies, statutory regulations and best practices.

Duties Include:

• Review leave calculations.
• Administer the performance management system.
• Administer the training and benefits programmes.

Required Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of the Jamaica labour Laws.
• Proficient conflict resolution, collaboration,facilitation, negotiation, and team building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal relations with proven communication skills.

Minimum Required Qualification and Experience

• Degree in Human Resource Management.
• A minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in the Security Industry would be an asset.

Security Officers

(Montego Bay and Falmouth)

Reporting to the Location Managers/Supervisors, the Security Officers are to inspect, monitor, search, patrol, control, verify, and screen all location clients and vehicles to make sure that safety and security is maintained in keeping with the Security Operation Procedures.

Minimum Required Qualification
Three (3) subjects including English.
