Maintenance Assistant,

in a large Law Firm

Minimum Requirements:

• At least five (5) years work related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) G.C.E./C.X.C. or equivalent, inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
• Knowledge in the following trades - Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Carpentry.
• knowledge and experience in general maintenance and safety procedures.
• Must be able to use initiative and to undertake multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Excellent Mechanical Skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated.
