Commercial Draught Quality Executive  - Western Region

The role is critical to the success of our Excellent Outlet Execution (E.O.E), Quality and Cold Coverage strategy in the Hotels and Key On Trade. The position will report to the Key Account Manager - Hotel and Key on Premise - Western Region and is responsible for Draught Quality Excellence, Commercial Asset Management and overall end to end execution to guarantee cold beer according to established specialization. The role also focuses on delivering the perfect serve being poured from all draught pouring points in trade, quality improvement, equipment functionality, training and engagement of hotel staff and supporting and monitoring of our external partners who has the day to day responsibility for service delivery.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Deliver on our draught volume target and achieve net sales value based on annual operating plan (A.O.P).
• Support the development of customer driven channel strategies for the three (3) year business plan.
• Contribute to and monitor the achievement of established Key Performance Indicators (K.P.Ls).
• Drive issues resolution, quality improvement and equipment functionality through the Distributor.
• Identify and evaluate outlet opportunities to match the right asset selection and location to the right customer opportunity.
• Manage commercial asset to maximize resource utilization and return on investment.
• Train and engage hotel staff (e.g. Food and Beverage / Bar Managers, Bartenders) on equipment usage, quality and perfect serve.
• Build and maintain effective relationships and create consensus among st stakeholders to ensure delivery of key KPI's.
• Influence and negotiate effectively to achieve positive outcomes. 

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related discipline.
• Three (3) years working experience in a Commercial/Technical related field,[preferably within a beverage FMCG Company.
• Knowledge of Draught Technology, Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Risk Management standards.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Asset Management and Draught Quality Excellence.
• Project management capability and ability to interpret technical drawings would be an asset.
• Highly organized, motivated, strong analytical and problem solving capability.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence solutions at all levels.
