Collections Manager

• Previous experience working in the Micro-Financing/Banking Sector would be an asset.
• A minimum of a Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent.
• At least three (3) years' working experience in a Supervisory/Management Capacity.
• Ability to effectively supervise staff, ensuring they adhere to company's policies and procedures
• Ability to plan, evaluate, implement and continuously improve all aspects of credit and collection functions and processes.
• Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle.

Collection Officer

• Previous experience working in collections would be an asset.
• A minimum of a Associate Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent.
• Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.

All Candidates must:

• Be able to exercise good work ethics and professionalism.
• Be highly motivated and performance driven.
• Must have initiative and be able to reduce arrears portfolio and manage receivables.
• Must be analytical and have excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to communicate well both orally and writing.
