Airport Representative

The position is airport based. The selected candidate will be required to assist with flights from all source markets.

Required personal attributes:

• Ability to exercise good judgement and decision making
• Ability to effectively multi-task and manage conflicting demands
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service
• Excellent oral and written communication along with a good command of the English Language skills will enhance choice of selection
• A second language would be an asset
• Be willing to work long flexible hours 

Hotel Representative

The position is hotel based and selected candidates will be required to conduct welcome meetings/briefings with guests on a daily basis.

Required personal attributes:

• Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to exercise emotional intelligence
• Maintain good communication and work relationships with internal and external customers
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service
• Must be computer literate
• Excellent time management skills
