Continental Baking Company Ltd. (National) requires the services of a dynamic, experienced and self-motivated ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL to offer outstanding support to our Broad Sales Team. 

Among others, the KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of the role are to:
  • Screen and distribute/respond to incoming correspondence; prepare and edit outgoing correspondence
  • Organize all department files and records including staff records (attendance, vacation, contract breaks, etc)
  • Pull sales data from various systems and convert to accurate reports and presentations as required weekly
  • Monitor the Sales Manager's schedule
  • Assist with recruitment of Bread Sales personnel
  • Plan and organize meetings and events
  • Accurately record and distribute meeting notes
  • Offer excellent customer service to all visitors and callers
  • Courteously interact with staff at all levels
  • Handle customer complaints and requests with urgency
  • Order, distribute and maintain a log of office stationery and supplies
  • Monitor the office attendant to ensure proper execution of their duties 
Requirements:
  • B.Sc. in Management/Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
  • At least three (3) years experience in a FMCG environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications - especially MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, communication and time management skills
