• Diploma from National Tools and Engineering Institute in the area of Plant Maintenance or Industrial  Electronics (or equivalent) or UTECH certificate or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Ability to work well with and supervise others
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Must be solutions oriented  and be prepared to work on shift basis.
