High volume restaurant seeking servers and chefs/cooks: 

Job opening for potential servers and chefs at a restaurant and bar in southern part of the island of Antigua and Barbuda. We are looking for:

Servers who are enthusiastic, have the ability to multitask and who display a pleasant and professional attitude at all times; must have ability, skills and experience in bartending, cashiering, hostess and server duties, along with other duties. Who are team players and get along well with their peers. Must be orientated in guest/customer service relations.

Chef/Cook who is well-trained with excellent and creative culinary skills, and solid work experience. The successful applicant must be well versed in budget control, menu planning, kitchen inventory, purchasing, kitchen management and food cost control. It is imperative that this candidate has the ability to manage the daily operations of the kitchen, must display good time management skills, give prompt service, consistent food taste and great presentation to retain customers. Must be willing to speak with customers for feedback and have a good command of the English Language. Five (5) years experience in a similar position is preferable. 

Cook is responsible for assisting the chef with production of menu items. Must have the ability and willingness to learn new skills. Minimum two (2) years experience in similar position.
