Security Executives - Jamaica

The purpose of this position is to supervise the outsourced physical security team to ensure the security & safety of employees, assets & facilities and day to day activities of security department, within the location/ area of responsibilities.

Requirements, Knowledge and Skills

• Associate Degree
• At least 3 yrs in security industry
• Must be an intelligent, articulate and persuasive field leader who can serve as an effective supervisor of the outsourced physical security team/in house security personnel if any and who is able to communicate security- related concepts to an average range of non technical staff.
• Should understand in general, business continuity planning, auditing, and risk management, as well as contract and vendor negotiation.
• Must have a general working knowledge of pertinent law and the law enforcement community.
• Must have a general understanding of information technology and information security as well.
