• A minimum of five years of production line experience in a supervisory capacity
• The ability to lead, encourage, train and motivate others
• Be computer literate, ready to learn existing systems
• Plan daily production schedules to fill orders
• Supervise a minimum of eight workers, to a maximum of 25
• Assist in training workers on an ongoing basis
• Have worked in a food manufactured facility
• Familiarity with HAACP and similar programs will be an asset
