Applications are being invited for the post of Dean of Discipline of Vauxhall High School

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

• First degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling or Social Work

• Experience in fostering constructive adolescent behavior 

• Experience in teaching and management at the secondary level would be an asset.

Required Competencies:

• Ability to develop and implement a coherent, comprehensive behavioral, safety and management plan 

• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing and with a wide range of people.

• Sound, impartial and objective judgment in decision making and conflict management

• Well-developed planning, coordinating, organizing and problem solving skills
