Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Demonstrated working knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, methods and practices used to support a quality assurance program; (2) Assist in identifying quality control requirements that are inherent and deemed essential to major aircraft products and processes; (3) Assist in administering production certification program in accordance with applicable directives to ensure artisan's qualifications for certification authority and/or performance of certification; and (4) Applying job-related experience and understanding of pertinent products, production methods and industrial processes, equipment and procedures used to rework of major air weapon systems, equipment, components, accessories, and associated logs and records. -OR- Possess one full year of graduate level education with major study in quality assurance, statistics, mathematics, production management, industrial management, computer science, engineering, engineering technology, physical sciences, textiles, or another field related to the position. -OR- successfully completed a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement with major study in quality assurance, statistics, mathematics, production management, industrial management, computer science, engineering, engineering technology, physical sciences, textiles, or another field related to the position.
GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Demonstrated thorough working knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, methods and practices including verification methods used for product/process analysis, defect prevention, quality audits, statistical techniques, sampling and trend analysis and their application to assigned program functional activities; (2) Identifying quality control requirements that are inherent and deemed essential to major aircraft products and processes; (3) Assist in administering production certification program in accordance with applicable directives to ensure artisan's qualifications for certification authority and performance of certification; and (4) Applying job-related experience and understanding of pertinent products, production methods and industrial processes, equipment and procedures used to rework, maintenance, modification and test of major air weapon systems, equipment, and components.-OR- successfully completed two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree with major study in quality assurance, statistics, mathematics, production management, industrial management, computer science, engineering, engineering technology, physical sciences, textiles, or another field related to the position. -OR- have obtained an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled.
