A private health care facility in Kingston is looking for highly motivated candidates to fill part-time, weekend positions of:  

  1. Unit Secretary
  2. Inventory Clerk & Receptionist
The facility operates on a 24 hour shift system and as such staffs are rotated on the following shifts:
7:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

The Officers are responsible for executing the company's administrative procedures through accurate dissemination of information to clients, patients and other stakeholders, creating value for the customer and the company.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Business Administration
  • At least three (3) years in similar positions
  • Be familiar with the operations of a health facility
  • Be familiar with inventory systems and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal confidently and courteously with individuals at all levels
  • Demonstrated customer relations skills and the ability to contribute to the team based approach operational work


Duties and responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for the medical staff
  • Provide medical staff with reliability of items for patient use 
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external stakeholders, administrative discharge process
