Teachers needed for September 2017.

The Board of Management of Irwin High School seeks talented, qualified and enthusiastic individuals in the following disciplines to CSEC and CAPE levels effective September 2017.

• Business Studies (Principles of Accounts, Information Technology)
• English Language and English Literature
• Mathematics
• Sciences (Human and Social Biology, Physics, Agricultural Science, Integrated Science, Biology, Chemistry)
• Physical Education

The skills we look for in our teachers include:

• Trained graduate teacher status
• Effective classroom management
• Information and communication technology skills, sufficient to support its integration in the classroom
• Ability to adapt to a changing education environment, new approaches to pedagogy and delivering of outstanding teaching practices as the norm
• A willingness to form part of a successful and enthusiastic team 
• Creating an enriching, supportive and high performing learning environment
