Duties
You will serve as an Office Automation Assistant providing clerical and administrative support duties for the Chief Joseph Dam Project Office. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Use word processing, spreadsheet, graphics and database programs to develop and maintain reports.
- Prepare a variety of material in final form from rough draft, brief written or oral instructions with responsibility for proper format, conformance with procedural instructions, grammar, typographical accuracy and necessary attachments.
- Establish and maintain correspondence, contract and technical reference files in accordance with the Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS).
- Verify data on computer printouts to ensure accuracy.
- Generate reports and compile data.
- Serve as a timekeeper.
