Salaried Sales Agents (Several Posts -Blantyre, Zomba, Kasungu & Mzuzu)

Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (OMLAC) Malawi Ltd is a leading financial institution within the Old Mutual Group of companies involved in insurance, savings and investment.

OMLAC intends to recruit self-motivated, energetic, results-minded and competent persons to fill the vacant positions of Salaried Sales Agents tenable in Blantyre, Zomba, Kasungu and Mzuzu.

Successful candidates will be reporting directly to the Team Leaders.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
• Develop, track and review business plans and meet individual performance targets.
• Work in specific allocated markets.
• Sell the company’s specific range of products.

Minimum requirements

• Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education and a Certificate in a business related tertiary qualification in Insurance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, and Accounting.
• Those that possess sales experience will have an added advantage.
