This position is located at the This position is located at the US Army Installation Command and Security Command (INSCOM), Mission Support Command/ACofS, G6, Visual Information Division, Records and Publication Branch, Fort Belvoir, VA. Fort Belvoir is approximately 15 miles southwest of Washington, D.C., five miles from Alexandria, VA and next door to the community of Mount Vernon, VA.

This is a Career Program (CP) Position 51.
Duties
Serves as 2nd Line Mail Assistant in the Mail and Distribution Center, Headquarters (HQ), Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). Provides management and oversight for the receipt, security screening, distributing, and tracking of all mail, shipments, and packages received. Review and validate HQ, INSCOM postal activities workload. Mail operations and postal activity work performed includes receipt, control, routing, distribution, and dispatch of all communications, directives, and publications to HQ, INSCOM Staff Elements and subordinate units located both in the continental United States and overseas.
