Job Description Customer Care Credit Specialist     Specialists are needed to service customers, store personnel, District Managers, and various home office personnel in a fast paced/high volume inbound contact center. Specialists answer questions and resolve issues received through phone calls and email. Will need to access information from a variety of systems and references; focus on identifying service issues and initiate appropriate action to resolve. Calls include, but are not limited to, all aspects of Signet Jewelers Inc. revolving credit accounts, statement and/or payment concerns, policies and/or procedures. Must also be comfortable placing outbound calls. The high volume of calls must be serviced in a timely manner with an exceptionally high level of quality while building customer satisfaction and loyalty. Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong math skills; High negotiation and problem solving skill; Basic computer skills with a proficiency in keyboarding and data entry; Time management; Attention to detail with documentation and follow-up.   MUST be able to work a varied, flexible schedule of 30-40 hours per week including late evenings and weekends.   Minimum 1 year of customer service/call center experience preferred.  Job Requirements Customer Care Credit Specialist     Specialists are needed to service customers, store personnel, District Managers, and various home office personnel in a fast paced/high volume inbound contact center.
