DESCRIPTION

Administrative support for management and sales team of fast paced Pharmaceutical Division.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the managers and sales team of the Pharmaceutical Division
  • Prepare correspondence, reports and other documents required by sales and marketing team
  • Provide customer service and front desk support for the Division
  • Provide support for promotional activities for the Division
  • Liaise with sales team regarding sales targets and incentive progammes
  • Maintain communication with top customers and provide customer support
  • Liaise with marketing managers and promoters in relation to trade and promotional activities
  • Assist in organsation of quarterly stock counts
Minimum Education and Experience
  • Associate Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
  • Experience in administration would be an asset.

Key Competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word and Publisher
  • Customer Service Training or experience
  • Flair for creativity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written)skills
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Alert, detailed and comfortable working with figures
  • Pleasant personality and must be self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Flexible with the ability to exercise initiative
  • Team player
