AHCA/NCAL’s #WhyICare workforce campaign broadcasts the stories of individuals who work in long term care, sharing what inspires them about their careers and how they got to where they are today.

This week, we’re pleased to introduce Aaron Smith, Executive Director. Aaron originally wanted to be an actor. His parents wanted him to be a pastor. Neither would be right. Once Aaron was introduced to senior care, he felt compelled to continue serving those in need and develop his leadership skills to affect change. Click here to watch and share his story.
