AHCA has created FAQs to support nursing centers developing and maintaining their compliance and ethics program required under 42 CFR 483.85. You can find this FAQ in ahcancalED, along with other resources including a toolkit, 10 webinars, checklist, and a risk assessment sample tool. Although we do not yet have the interpretive guidance, nursing centers are strongly encouraged to begin working on their compliance and ethics program now.
