A reputable construction company seeks a qualified individual for the position of Construction Site Supervisor for projects in Kingston and St. James. A strong candidate would possess the following credentials:

• A minimum of three (3) years experiecne in the consturction industry at a supervisory level
• A suitable  tertiary level education in construction and/or related field
• Proficiency in reading architectural, structural and MEP drawings
• Proficiency in software programs such as: Planswift, Autocad, MS Projects
• Competency in the use of construction tools and surveying equipment
• Ability to schedule materials and labour for the project, coordinate site activities, and manage daily site operatons 

Qualifications:

• Possess a comprehensive knowledge of different construction methodologies
• Knowledge of metal framework and tilt up systems would be an asset
• Professionalism in human relations and communication skills
