Established bakery requires a Manager for a department of ten (10).

Applicants should have:

• Educational level up to CXC with post secondary level training in pastry making
• Five (5) years experience with at least two (2) years managerial experience within the pastry making industry. Our emphasis is on items such as specialty breads, danish, puff, sweet dough, etc
• Must be able to train and guide staff as well as successfully promote team work
• Have recommendations to support a high level of integrity

Party Trainees 

Two (2) trainees required for the pasrty department.

Aplicants should:

• Have qualifications up to CXC level and have some experience in pastry making or a love for pastry
