The customer service rep is responsible for:

• Delivering a professional and friendly customer experience to all clients
• Ensuring customers are satisfied and remain loyalby buuilding a quality relationship with our customers and exceeding expectations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) CXC passes
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications
