A micro-finance company in the Kingston area seeks a Credit Officer.
Application are invited from interested and suitably qualified persons to fill the position.

Job Purpose
To conduct Loan Underwriting activities in accordance with organizational procedure and policies. To optimize and ensure the timelydelivery of good quality customer service to clients. Ideal candidate will possess the minimum additional qualifications outlined below:

• Minimum diploma in Business Administration or related studios from a recognized institution
• Five (5) CXC subjects preferably English Language, Information Technology, Office Administration, Principles of Acounts and Mathematics
• minimum one (1) year experience in loan processing would be an asset
• Proficient in the areas of Word and Excel
• Strong, persuasive communication and interpersonal skill
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Possess strong customer service orientation
• Sound personal and professional integrity
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Salary: $660,000 - $780,000 per annum
