is seeking to recruit Store Managers and Supervisors for the parishes of St. James, Kingston, Westmoreland and St. Ann.

JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent has overall sales, profit and operational responsibility and accountability for managing a single restaurant in accordance with company Quality, Service, Cleanliness (QSC) standards as defrined by the Operations Manual and Policy Guidelines for Restaurant Associates Limited.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the highest level possible of customer service quality are maintained in accordance with health, safety and company operations standards
• Ensuring that preparation of menu items is in compliance with all operations and sanitation standards. This includes maintenance, communication and training as applied to such standards
• Managing restaurant staff in complaince with operational rules
• Ensuring that orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteos manner
• Training, developing and motivating all assigned staff
• Critical areas include food preparation, food safety, appearance, customer service, suggested selling techniques and sanitation

Required Skills/Competencies:

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to work on own initiative 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and human relations skills
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop staff
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Tertiary level qualifications in Operation Management, Food and Beverage Management or Hotel and Restaurant Management, Management Studies/Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position
• Customer service, public relations and supervisory management training
