Events & Logistics Coordinator (Kingston, Jamaica) - Goddard Catering Group Ltd

Goddard catering Group (Jamaica) Limited, a subsidiary of Enterprises Limited, a leading regional conglomerate with headquarters in Barbados, is seeking a dynbamic and result oriented Events and Logistics Coordinator to be a part of its growing events team.

Responsibilities of the incumbent include:

• Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively
• Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations 
• Supervision of orders and arrange stocking of raw amterials and equipment to enusre they meet the required needs
• Communicating with customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Planning and tracking the delivery/supply of final products according ti the customer requirements
• Keeping logs and records of stock and execute orders
• Preparation of relevant reports
• Events site management

Requirements include:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field from a recognized tertiary institution
• Proven experience in logistics
• Experience in customer service will be an asset
• The ability to work with minimum supervision and track multiple processes
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent team work skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours - public holidays and weekends
• Must be wiling to travel islandwide
• Deadline oriented
