The Real Estate Board is seeking to fill the position of: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Duration: Three (3) months Contract in First Instance

Salary: $952,896 p.a.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service which exceeds the expectations of clients.

Key Outputs:

• Relevant information disseminated to clients
• Client complaints resolved
• Payments recorded
• Applications processed
• Telephone calls screened and directed as appropriate

Competencies:

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with difficult people/situations
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• High level of responsibility and integrity
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work underpressure

Minimum required Qualaifications and Experience:

• Diploma in Business Administration
• Training in telephone operating/switchboard techniques
• A minimum of three (3) years experience in related or similar area of work
