Mechanical Technician (Jamaica - Travel required) - Mother's

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Maintenance team as a Mechanical Technician. The successful candidate should be flexible, be able to work on own initiative and be able to meet deadlines stipulated by the company.

Key Responsiblities: 

The successful candidate should be able to

1. Conduct repairs and practice preventative maintenance to machinery assigned at multiple locations

2. Install machinery

3. Calibrate all measuring and monitoring devices  

Qualifications, Experience and Key Competencies:  

1. NVQ-J level II certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications

2. Minimum of three (3) years related experience in a manufacturing or service industry

3. Working knowledge of organized preventative maintenance

4. Must own a driver’s license and have a minimum of three (3) years driving experience  Interested persons are being asked to submit application letter accompanied by a resume no later than June 29, 2018 to email: hrd@mothersjm.com
