SALES ASSOCIATE 

(Full-time/Contractor)

Objective:

To achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager

Accountabilities:

• Achieve sales targets set through working with CU staff and direct selling to CU members
• Support full-time Sales Associates with Affinity group through direct selling to members
• Work with Sales Manager to follow up on outstanding CU payments
• Input/update activities in Sales management application software
• Distribute brochures/marketing materials as required
• Assist/collaborate with relevant colleagues in the execution of promotional activities 
• Other related duties as assigned

Skills Requirements:

• Strong sales personality to excel in a competitive environment
• Strong oral (communication) skills
• Results oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Experience Requirements:

• One to three (1 - 3) years experience in a sales position

Education, Knowledge and Certification Requirements:

• Tertiary level qualifications from an accredited institution in relevant discipline
• Relevant professional certification and certification (license) to sell financial/insurance products as per regulatory requirements would be an asset
• Strong understanding of customer dynamics
