The National Export-Import Bank of Jamaica Limited (EXIM Bank) is seeking to identify suitably qualified individuals to fill the abovementioned post.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
  • Receives, sorts and logs incoming correspondence and takes action as directed
  • Establishes and maintains an efficient filing system which facilitates the security, easy access and retrieval of documents
  • Receives, collates and dispatches reports as required 
  • Schedules appointments and maintains the division's operations

Qualifications/Experience:
  • Diploma in Business Administration from a recognized institution
  • Certified Professional Secretary's (CPS) designation or the equivalent
  • At least three (3) years experience in a similar capacity
Knowledge/Skills:
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent office administration and note taking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good human relations and customer relations skills
  • Sound analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to change and adapt
  • Good collaborative skills
  • Basic knowledge of human resource functions would be an asset
