Manufacturing company invites applications for Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervises day-day work activites by delegating authority, assigning and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards.
• Manages the budget by controlling costs (e.g. inventory, equipment, and material), compllying with budget requirements and making adjustments when necessary.
• Establishes a safe work environment for employees by providing safe-related training and equipment maintenance and by ensuring complicance.
• Implements and manages process that ensure high quality products are delivered on time.
• Develop and direct a diverse team that will play a key role in meeting on time delivery and superior quality.
• Manage annual budget requirements (equipment, people, and training).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Management.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong ability to lead, plan and direct Operations activities.
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools and standard operating procedures.
• Solid analytical skills and judgment to proactively identify and solve increasingly complex problems.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.

May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary.
